Put in "10E6CUSTOMER" as a case sensitive code to unlock the Scepter and Mini-Rockets. *** The 2nd character in the code is the number zero, and the tenth character in the code is a capital letter "O".

At main menu seclet "options" then select "cheats". Then enter 10E6CUSTOMER if you typed in the cheat curretly a message saying "a package has ben deliverd to your gerarge." You should now have scepter and mini-rockets. Note: The second character in the code is the number zero, and the tenth character in the code is a capital letter "O".

Vulcan and Flamethrower.
Enter 5FINGERDISCOUNT at the cheats menu. A message saying "A package has ben deliverd to your garage should appear.You now have Vulcan and Flamethrower.

Defeating sage
Use homein missile or titan missile and flamethrower trap her in her lair and go round and circle sage and use flamethrow 2 defeat minions after it stop shootin fire contincusly(bad spellin) it will damage it easy do it 3 time game complete
