You must roll in the opposite way it is comig, run up to her and slice the crap out of her! She will glow read so roll backwards and run back and hit her once again. Keep breaking the health jars for more health. You may do this 7-13 times. When 'O' comes up on the screen press it and press all the buttons it tells you to and you will kill her. Good luck.

Contray to Hikaru's answer, (although it may have worked, I am not sure) You are supposed to hold L1, then on the huge waves click square. On the smaller ones, hold L1 and press triangle. Note: Those moves cannot be switched! If you try, you will only get hurt!
Then, run up to her. She'll be exhausted so you can hold R1 and attack with trianglew or square. She'll attack you back, however, so after your one attack switch to L1 attacks, or just regular. L1 attacks hurts her when she trys to run away, so you don't need to parry the waves as much. At last, you'll come up to her and have to press circle after attacking her. There you are.
