Where to Find:Get any type of car and go to a large traffic jam. Use the horn to do the "Shave and a haircut" and stop, one of the many other cars should do the "two bits".

Friendship Perks
Description: Unlock the perks of friendship with any given person below, reach the friendship level listed.

Brucie	Brucie likes to bowl, drink, eat, go to strip clubs, shows, helirides and boating. If you get his friendship level up to 70%, you can call Brucie and he will dispatch a helicopter to you, allowing you to utilize it as you'd like.
Dwayne	Dwayne likes to go to strip clubs, eat, drink, go to shows and bowl. If you get his friendship level up to 60%, you can call Dwayne and he will send you a car full of gang members that will follow you and help you out as you need them.
Little Jacob	Little Jacob likes to play darts, go to shows, play billiards, drink, eat, and go to strip clubs. If you get his friendship level up to 60%, you can call Little Jacob and he'll drive a car to your location full of guns that you can purchase from him.
Packie	Packie likes to go to strip clubs and shows, play darts, drink, bowl and play billiards. If you get his friendship level up to 75%, you can call Packie and he'll make you a potent car bomb that you can use as you need it.

Statue of Happiness Shirt
How to unlock: Get your self over to the Statue of Happiness and climb up as far as you can go. Go around the left side of the statue from where you entered. Tthe game will pause and load a new shirt that your character will be wearing!

GTA 4 Lead Characters
Niko Bellic : The main character of GTA 4. You control Niko around Liberty City. Niko is described by Rockstar Games as "tough." Niko's home was in Eastern Europe but his cousin named Roman encouraged him to come to Liberty City by promising riches & women.

Roman Bellic : Niko's cousin. Roman lives in Liberty City and operates a cab stand in Broker. Roman persuades Niko to America (Liberty City) promising riches & women.

Elizabeta : Known as a successful long time drug dealer in Bohan. She is dangerously paranoid and delusional because of the idea of a possible crackdown on her business.

Manny : Manny wants to clean up the neighborhood, kids & the streets plus has made that well known. Manny is having a documentary made to record his struggle and what he faces.

Vlad : Vlad lives in the Hove beach neighborhood of Broker. Vlad is a supremely powerful gangster wannabe that talks the talk, but is actually trying to gain favor with the powerful criminals while he runs minor protection rackets.

Little Jacob : Supplier of Liberty City's criminals of weapons. Niko can call him to get Weapons delivered.

Brucie : Brucie is a serious fitness nut, car enthusiast and a self-appointed VIP. Brucie thinks he can rap and talks about how much money he has. Brucie can honestly say that he's got the finest women, cars, lifestyle accessories & anabolic steroids.

Dwayne Forge : Associate of Playboy X. Dwayne is an old school African-American gangster who was locked up for crack distribution charges in the early 1990s. He has been recently released from prison, but is disturbed by the world of bling and excess he has found in an underworld that was all about straight business when he left it before prison.

Playboy X : Playboy X owns a mansion in the North Algonquin area and is introduced to Niko by Elizabeta. Playboy X is an African-American gangster. Playboy X used to do business with Dwayne Forge, but now has since moved on without him since Dwayne went to prison. Playboy X can be identified by his multi-colored hoodie.

Mikhail Faustin : Major figure in Liberty City's Bratva. He is a violent drunk and has wide mood swings.

Phil Bell : Half-Irish, half-Italian front operator for one of the 5 Cosa Nostra families. The character has a resemblance to Tony Soprano.

Derrick McReary : Member of McReary family and rumored to have a heroin addiction.

Francis McReary : Works for the Liberty City Police Department. Francis is a corrupt cop that has dirt on Niko and makes Niko to do tasks or else.

Patrick "Packie" McReary : An Irish thug who is the heir to the declining Irish Mob of Liberty City. Those who know him refer to him as "Packie." Packie is the youngest of the McReary family and is related to corrupt police detective Francis McReary, Derrick McReary, Kate McReary and incarcerated ex-IRA member Gerry McReary. Packie lives with his mother and sister. Katie McReary, his sister, shows an "interest" in Niko, but he warns him away from her. Packie a close friend of Elizabeta. Packie is in the end of the 3rd trailer with 2 other Irish-looking gangsters who force Niko to join their gang. Known to take orders from Gerry who is in prison for the Liberty City Irish Mob.

Kate McReary : Packie McReary's sister and shows a great deal of interest in Niko.

Gerry McReary : Ex-IRA member who is now incarcerated. Gerry is the brother of Packie and Kate McReary. Known to give orders from prison through his brother Packie to the Liberty City Irish Mob.

Losing the Cops
No matter the extent of your wanted level, if you can make it back to one of your safe houses and go to your bed to save, the cops will be automatically be called off. ***You do not even have to actually save – you can just access the save menu and then cancel out. As long as you reach this menu.

Restart A Dead Car
If your car gets extremely damaged and stalls or refuses to start, just call 911 on your cell phone. When they pick up, hang up your phone, and your car should start once more!

Free Taxi Rides
Description: Get a free taxi fare.

How to: Hail a taxi, get inside, and go to your destination. Right before you get to your destination, bust out the back window and point your gun out of the window (using the specified controls). Doing so will freak the taxi driver out. He will stop the car and run away, leaving you near your destination without forcing you to pay for the ride.

Long-Lasting Fire Truck
Fire trucks are awesome vehicles to cause complete and utter destruction in Liberty City. However, even these vehicles can be damaged. Oddly, if the fire truck catches on fire and is about to explode, you can actually utilize the fire truck's very own water source to put its own fire out.

Description: Heart of Liberty City
How To:Get yourself a helicopter and fly out to the Statue of Happiness. Once there jump onto the base of the statue and search until you find a door with a sign that reads "No Hidden Content Here". The sign lies, if you walk through the door (literally) you will find an empty room with a ladder. Climb up the ladder to the top, you will find the beating heart of Liberty.

Prank Calls - GTA 4
Through out the game you will see phone numbers written on walls and buildings. Use these numbers to make prank calls. It's just a bit of fun.

Easy Cash- GTA 4
Description: Easy Cash
How To:Find an ATM machine then you have to create a traffic jam in that area. Then look for some one cashing out at ATM and kill Them. Block nearby roads so that ambulance cannot find and approach them for aid, take the money which victims drop on ground and then run a short distance and then come back to pick more money from same place, you can do this as many times as you want.

One Man Army Achievements

Walk by the train path which is heading towards 2nd island, to track this path approach bridge which takes you to the 2nd island and has a train path underneath. When you are in middle you should be able to have up to 6 start wanted level. Then you have to stand on train track for 5 minutes to get the achievement. Police cannot shoot you as they are on the bridge right above you also the helicopters.

Hundred Dollars For Themes and Tones

Reach nearest cyber cafe after getting the cell from play boy x. Purchase all of the ringtones and themes from the tones site then log out of the system and you will find that you have only spent $100.

To Avoid Toll Booths

To save 5 dollars and hassle use emergency vehicle with sirens on and attendant will open gates.

Regain Health

leave the mission area and go to Cluckin Bell and the hotdog stand. Eat food to regain your health. Its very useful when on some missions you cannot find health packs. Take taxi to such locations if you cant find the car.

Get away From Police

While running away from the cops barely leave leave the circle which you see in your radar and sit their for 5 seconds. They look for you in that circular area and if you leave the circle and other cop sees you it shall change.

Easier HeadShots

Headshots count alot and some times its harder to get them but with some practice you can gain some perfection. Hit Auto Aim and then use right side analog stick to move auto aim targets around your victim's body, now barely move the stick when you are shooting and it shhit bullets in their heads and chestand instant kill.

Faster Travel

While driving you will waste alot of time so to avoid it call a taxi it shall take you to your desired destination, you can also skip through taxi ride, which allows you to travel whole city in 10 seconds, this can be done in missions as well.

Helicopter along with Rockets

If you want to unlock the helicopter with rockets you have to collect all 200 pigeons.

Buddy Bonuses

Unlock specific characters frienship ability by gaining mentioned friendship level.
1: BRUCE likes to play bowling, easting food, drinking, strip clubs, helirides, boating and his special ability is unlocked at 70%. If you call Bruce he will come up with his chopper which shall help you travel faster in different parts of city.
2: PACKIE enjoys Strip clubs, shows, bowling, drinking, eating and his special ability is unlocked at 75%. To make a car bomb call packie and he will make it for you.
3: ROMAN has interests in bowling, drinking, eating, darts, pool, strip club, shows and his special ability unlocked at 60%. If you call Roman he will send you a cab for no charge.
4: LITTLE JACOB likes shows, darts, strip club, eating, drinking, pool and his special ability unlocked at 60%. Call jacob and he will come with a car full of guns for you to buy.

Rastah Color Huntley SUV

To Unlock Rastah Color Huntley SUV you have to successfully complete 10 package delivery mission.

Wheelie Rider Achievement

Grab a motor bike and approach Francis International airport then go to the one end of runway, now accelerate your bike and do a wheelie, to do this you have to press left analog stick down for 500 feet to get this achievement. Runway is ideal here because here you have a very long and clean path where you can drive without any trouble.

Rolled Over Achievement

Get a fast car and go to the runway e.g Super GT, Infernus etc. Find a yellow ramp scattered along the runway grass then hit one of the ramp with high speed in a way that only half of your car hits the ramp, this will give you enough spins to get the achievement.

At Algonquin Bridge which connects Dukes to Algonquin locate the part where the lanes split at the bridhge when going towards westbound. There is a small ramp at the split, hit that ramp at very high speed and it shall roll over your car several times and if you land in the lower area you will get more spins.

Walk Free Achievement

Go to the airport runway in a car, get out of car and you will instantly score a four star wanted level which you require to get the achievement. Now drive or run to the end of runway and you will get the achievement.

Find cops and if you kill them your wanted level will rise. When you have scored 4 star wanted level get into the vehicle and drive into subway tunnel. As soon as you leave the flashing wanted circle and your wanted level disappears you will score the achievement.

Join The Midnight Club Achievement

To get the achievement keep joining and quitting games/matches until you become the host. Then setup the lap no to 1 and start a new helicopter race with few opponents.

Chain Reaction Achievement

To get this achievement, make a traffic jam in the enclosed area e.g booth tunnel, you can do this by blocking off both lanes with two automobiles. When cars back up, steal some of them and squeeze them in between others so that there are 3 or 4 next to each other then throw a grenade at automobiles in front and use the RPG to destroy the others.

GTA3 Outfit
At one point in the game, you are given an option to kill Dwayne or Playboy X, and you must choose one or the other. If you kill Playboy X, you can use his loft and change clothes there. Amongst your change of clothes will be the costume/outfit from GTA3 -- a tight black jacket and green cargo pants.

If you get board in the game (Grand Theft Auto IV), rob a police car, or enter this cheat into the phone for an FBI Car: (2275550100). Then get into it.

Access the police computer when stopped by pressing L1. Look at the Most Wanted List. Mesmerize a name. Go back and then go into . Click search by name. Tye the name into it. When the computer finds him, it should tell you his name, location and what he is wanted for. Down the bottom of the screen it should say locate. Click it. Then go out of the computer. On the radar their should be a red dot. That is the person you should go after. Chase him and catch him. Then you should get a reward off the police department. It will be money. Of you keep on doing it you will eventually be asked to join the LCPD. If you do join you will be asked to turn on everyone. On Elizabetha's second misson where you get chased by the policefor drug dealing with Playboy, you will be one of the undercover cops their. Choose The Last Mission
Towards the end of the game, you have the choice to either kill Dimitri or do a deal with him. What you choose determins the last mission.
If you kill Dimitri,Kate gets killed by Jimmy P at Roman's wedding and you, Little Jacob and Roman go after Jimmy P.
If you do the deal will Dimitri, Roman gets killed at his wedding and you and Little Jacob go after Dimitri.

The last missions are pretty alike except for the fact if you kill Dimitri, you chase Dimitri's hellicopter in a boat after you kill his minions or if you do the deal with Dimitri you chase Jimmy P's boat on a motorbike on the coastline after you kill his minions. In both missions, Little Jacob leaves you to deal with the minions while he plans and escape plan. The escape plan is you driving under a hellicopter and the chase continues.

No matter what you choose, both Jimmy P and Dimitri die. Personaly, I chose to kill Dimitri coz it's a real crap ending if Roman dies.

Awesome Clothes glitch ever!
Alright, you when you buy a suit and you have to have a certain colour pants that you cannot change? Well think again, you can!

Select any suit from your wardrobe that you want to change the pants of.

When you find the suit you want, press X.

Then all you have to do is select the wardrobe again. then you can make the suit have any pants you want. even jeans.

Reminder: if you select the wardrobe again, you can't change the tops or else it will make the pants unchangable again.

Sultan Rs
To get the Sultan Rs go to the third island (the big one on the left.)Then if you look at the top on your map you will see three lines (they are near the beach.)If you want put a waypoint to the top of the middle line and go there.Once you go there you will see a broken house.Look to your right and you will see a garage.Go behind the garage and you will see a car hiding in the bushes which is the Sultan Rs.You may save it to use it again or cruise around with it. Its a really fast car!

Should'nt be able to see this
To get more instead of than a vague picture of what Niko is at with a Hooker in the car follow the steps

1.Find or steel a convertable with its top down.

2.Break all of the windoes in the car.

3.Break off all of the doors in the car (crash into everything or leave the doors open and ram another car into the doors ripping them off)

4. Pick up a hooker and drive somewhere secluded, pick your service and you will see more than you should ((PLEASE DONT HILLARY CLINTON SEE THIS ONE))

Put the bank's funds into Niko's wallet!
Find a securicar, (One of the big white armoured trucks with a green logo on the side.), steal it, and smash it into anything it won't knock over. When you have flames coming from under the bonnet, ditch it in the middle of the road and walk a safe distance away. When the securicar explodes, lap up all the money it spills onto the floor and scram before the police arrive!

When your car conks out
When your car conks out go to your cell phone and dial 911 but put the phone down before any one answers and your car will start back up.

After you have delivered a car to Stevens car shop go to your house an save then when you wake up you will have a text

The Death Swing!
Ok,there is this glitch on a swing that launches your car.It doesn't always work and sometimes doesn't launch you very far.The swing is at firefly projects on the first island,about 2 blocks to the right of the pay & spray.You go to either swing,(I recommend using the Turismo car with the glitch as it is the best car to be used with it)run into the the thing you sit on that is only attached at 1 end(there is one on each swing)and ride up the thing that hold up the swing.If you do it right,some debris will come off the ground and you will be launched.I hope this works for you.

Seige tatics
There is only one sure fire way to hold off the police in a seige situation and that is to head indoors {as the airbourne cops will take cheap shots at you} ideally a safe house playboys pad is best , but if caught out side any building with one way in and out is good ,such as cluckin bell on star junction ,crash a car through the door blocking the entrance blow it up so as not to get burned or killed whilst using it for cover. then just blast away blind firing and grenades are good at keeping them at bay ,and you will notice every now and then there is a lack of police to kill ,thats the time to make a bid for freedom usaually you can find a swat van in the street to escape in and just head for the nearest safe house and make a save. this is a good way to get the one man army trophy {survive a full five minutes on a 6 star wanted level ]

Niko doesnt know where he is
To get niko not to know where he is get a helicopter and fly really far over seas until your not on the map. Next call 911 and when they answer press any number (1,2,or 3.)When they answer listen to the call. The person who answers will say ''where are you'' and Niko will say he doesnt know where he is. Each number (1,2,or 3) will make Niko say something else but he will not know where he is.

Lose a wanted star
To lose one star go to the internet cafe. Before you do thios buy cloth at Modo. Then date Lawchick. If she doesnt say yes then you cant lose a star. If she says yes keep on dating her and then one day she will call you. She will talk about the wanted level thing. Then go to your cellphone and go to kiki. One option will say clear wanted level and when there are cops on you, you will lose one star when you call her.

More siege tactics
If like me you enjoy a good siege ,a good idea is to have a get away vehicle parked nearby with the engine running {you can switch off the engine by pressing triangle and R1 together } planning an escape route first is also a good idea place a gps way point before you get started }. ideally you want a place like the one where roman is held by kenny , it has more than one way in and out and a health pack by the cable drum as you enter .

Sniping from cover
Ever noticed how when you duck for cover {R1} whilst using the snipers rifle you cross haired scope changes to an iron sight and when you fire you miss even at close range . Well the way to stop this is to take cover R1, lock on / aim L2 and instead of just pulling the trigger ,depress it about half way and you will see the iron sight shrink hold it steady for a second then fire and you will be bang on every time. {useful in multiplayer when auto aim is disallowed}

Adjust Aim View!
Well first, you know the SELECT button adjusts niko's body view to close, middle, to a far view, well that also works for the view of aim! while aiming, press the select button and it changes your aim view from close, middle, to far view! (reminder: this does NOT effect the view of your ordinary view, EXAMPLE: if your ordinary view is set to close, and your aim view is set to far, if you escape the aim view, it will go back to your ordinary close view!

First you need to get the second island ones you have him take from the middle of the island "the triangle" a bus he green one] and just block a very very busy road and then when the road is full of veichels and just throw a grenade or just shoot a rocket launcher and you will expload something like 20 veichels and if you dont want to die or something like that just climbe on the bus and throw a GRENADE and the just jump off the bus and you will be have a safe time to run from the explosion

Billiards in your house!!!
Call a date with one of your friends, (recommend choosing pool) then pick them up. if you chose to kill Playboy X you get his mansion and what not. while with your friend, go to playboy's mansion, (I consider studying where playboy's house is before you go on a friend date because during them, it wont show where the safehouses are on the map.) while at playboy's mansion, walk inside front door and take the elevator. while in your apartment, you should see a pink pool table to your left, walk over to it and press L1. you should happily play a game of pool in the comfort of your own home! enjoy.

The Lost Shirt on Happiness Island
Go to Happiness Island home of the statue of liberty there you will go into the so called Star "statue of Liberty" go through the first set of stairs and take a left to another set of stairs once there you will go up to the door of which you will no be able to open and there you will find an orange object on the ground in front of the door run and pick it up then you will be able to quickly change into the clothes.

Getting 100% completion
The following is a list of how to get a 100% completion:
• Successfully complete all 90 story and procedural missions to get 68% complete.
• Successfully complete all 30 car thefts to get an additional 2%.
• Successfully complete all 50 stunt jumps to get an additional 2.5%.
• Collect all 200 pigeons (flying rats) to get an additional 2.5%.
• Find all random characters and complete their missions to get an additional 5%.
• Successfully complete all 20 vigilante crimes to get an additional 2.5%.
• Kill all 30 people on the list to get an additional 2.5%.
• Beat friends or computers at every activity to get an additional 5%.
• Get all your friend's special abilities and do all their activities to get an additional 10%. Note: This does not include Dwayne or Roman.
Easy money
Go to an ATM, then cause a traffic jam to the area. Wait for someone to take money from the ATM, then kill him or her. Make sure to block any nearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to the murdered victim. Take the money they dropped on the ground. Then, run a short distance away, and go back. The money should have respawned on the ground. You can repeat this as many times as desired. You can also kill more people taking their money from the ATM to increase the amount of money that respawns. -From: Khairol161
Easily lower wanted level
If you want to get rid of your wanted level, simply start a mission. Your wanted level will instantly go away. If there were any police cars chasing you, the police will be gone but the cars will still be there. -From: D2
Repairing engine
If the vehicle you are driving breaks down and the engine will not start, call "911", and your engine should start again.
Parking more vehicles
Outside your first hideout is a small parking area to park your vehicles and save them. Instead of parking your vehicles fully within the lines, you can park your vehicles partially within the lines to allow for more vehicles to be parked and saved. -From: Zane
At the start of the game it would appear that you can only save two cars parked in the "Residents Parking Only" parking spaces in front of your safe house. However, if you can find other "Residents Parking Only" places around the city, you can also save cars there even if you do not have a safe house at those locations yet.
Fast travel
To avoid wasting time driving all the way across the city, call a taxi. They will take you to your destination for your mission, stores, safe houses, or even a waypoint marker. You can skip through the taxi ride, allowing you to travel across the entire city in about ten seconds. This can also be done during missions.
Easy headshots
It is sometimes difficult to get headshots, which do count. With some practice, doing the following is an easy way to get headshots. Press [Auto-Aim], then use the Right Analog-stick to move the auto-aim target around your victim's body. Barely move the Right Analog-stick as you are shooting. This puts bullets in the chest and head, and results in an easy instant kill.
Easy emergency vehicles
Dial "911" on your cell phone. You will reach a voice menu that allows you to call the police by dialing "1", an ambulance by dialing "2", or a fire truck by dialing "3". Select the vehicle of your choice, and wait for them to arrive. They will stop and look around for the emergency, allowing you to easily steal their vehicle.
Getting away from police
When running away from the cops, you will have a circular area in which they look for you. However, if you get out and another cop sees you, it changes. To use this to your advantage, barely get out of that circle, which you will see on your radar. Then, just sit there for about five seconds instead of flooring past it.
If you are at a four star wanted level or less, find a place with grass or sand. The cops will follow you in, but they usually cannot get back out. You can then just drive away.
Calling for backup
Steal a police car, and any time you are in trouble, press L1 while your car is stationary. Select "Call For Backup", and within minutes you will have two cruisers full of police who will fight on your side unless you shoot someone. Note: They will turn on you when they realize you are not a cop.
Killing pedestrians without fighting
You can kill most pedestrians by repeatedly running into them against walls. This is a good way to get easy money without alerting the police.
Regaining health during missions
You can leave the mission area and go to a Cluckin' Bell, hotdog stand, etc. and eat food to replenish your health if you are low and cannot find a health pack. This is especially useful on missions where there are no health packs in sight. Note: You can also take a taxi to those locations during missions.
Avoiding toll booths
Drive through any toll booth with any emergency vehicle with the sirens on. The booth attendant will open the gate, and you will save $5.
Drive a motorbike to the side of the pay toll wall. You will not pay a toll if you can drive through the small gap on the sides.
Free taxi rides
Get in a taxi, but do not skip the ride after choosing your destination. When you are approximately two blocks away from your destination, break the window, and start shooting. The cab driver will get out and run away, allowing you not to have to pay for the ride. You can also kill the cab driver and take his money, so he is actually paying you for the taxi ride. -From: DemonUrameshi Naruto

Enter a police cruiser to get five shotgun shells.
Getting Desert Eagle early
To get the Desert Eagle before you can buy it, kill the gun salesman in Broker that has it equipped, and then take it from him.
$100 for all ringtones and themes
After getting the phone from Playboy X, go to the nearest Internet Cafe. Buy all of the ringtones and themes from the ringtones site. Log out of the computer, and you will notice that you only paid $100 for all ringtones and themes.
Hidden shirt
There is a secret Happiness Island shirt laying at the highest point on the statue's base that can be reached by foot. It looks like a glowing red rectangle. Once it is picked up, Niko will automatically put it on. It is a navy blue sweatshirt. The front shows the statue and reads "Happiness is..." and is continued on the back with the word "...land".
Shooting people with water cannon
Steal a fire truck, then press [Fire] while driving around to shoot the super water cannon at people around you. You will get many funny reactions from the people that you shoot with it.
Burnout
While in a car, hold [Accelerate] + [Brake] to do a burnout. If you keep doing this, the smoke will change color and eventually your tires will burst.
Easy strikes in bowling
Select the first lane (all the way to the left). Take two full steps to the left. Hold Right Analog-stick Down for about a half second, then press Right Analog-stick Up. Do not add any aftertouch to the throw.
