How to: insert CEPHALUS at the in-game cheats menu.

Power Level
How to: Enter the code POWERCAPX, where X is a numeric value from 1-12 to restrict the Power Level.

Unlock all golfers
YOUDAMAN in all caps

All golfers
YOUDAMAN (in caps)

Big Heads
From main menu, go to My Tiger '09 -> EA Sports Extras -> Password then enter CEPHALUS (all caps) and spectators will have big heads. Cheesy but whatever.

Enter the passwords in CAPS:

POWERCAP12 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 12
POWERCAP11 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 11
POWERCAP10 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 10
POWERCAP9 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 9
POWERCAP8 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 8
POWERCAP7 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 7
POWERCAP6 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 6
POWERCAP5 = Power Attribute is now restricted to 5
