A1: The way I completed this one is by going back and forth down the map picking up as many people as possible that aren't locked in. Then once I had a fairly long line I headed back up towards the first smaller buildings with people trapped in. there I circled those smaller buildings all the way around until I overlapped my own line and it released the people trapped in. kept at the smaller buildings and went on to the larger ones as my line grew longer.

A2: I went south first and gathered from the buildings in the SouthEast, after timing it just right between the 2 aggressive zombies. I sneaked them out, and started gathering more on my way back up. Hit a RE spot and took my line around the most Northern buildings (make the front and back of your lines connect in a circle around the building).
