A1: Go to the scouting section and go under the prospect option. You will see a whole bunch of names there. Those players are your draft picks. You just click on them and sign them as you would a normal free agent. Just a tip I wouldnt sign anyone whose potential isnt a 50. and if you fail to sign your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rd pick ( cuz thier signing bonus isnt woth the player) you will get an extra pick next draft.
