Use Tweaks on Any Difficulty
How to: Normally, when you beat the game on a certain difficulty you will be able to use Tweaks in a new game set on that difficulty. However, if you start a new game on a difficulty you haven't beaten, you can still enable Tweaks. Play until you have a real gun and then switch the difficulty to a mode you have beaten and enable your Tweaks. Save and quit, then set the difficulty back tot he harder version on the Main Menu. When you return to the game, your Tweaks will be enables on that harder mode.

Uncharted 1 Signage [Easter Egg]
On the "Urban Warfare" chapter and "Their Coming With Us" chapters, the climb-able signs hold references to Uncharted 1. For instance: Club Raja (Which references Eddy Raja from the first game) and Hotel El Dorado (which references the MacGuffin of the first game).
Infinite Enemies for Trophy Hunters
How to: If you are having trouble getting any of the "X kills per weapon," or Headshot or Survivor Trophies (kill 75 enemies before dying), there is a location shortly after beginning Chapter 19: The Siege where you can camp and shoot continuously respawning enemies. After beginning Chapter 19, make your way down the sloping alley to the large courtyard. There is a mounted machine gun uphill on the left constantly shooting at you. Clear out as many enemies as you can and climb up to the right of the door of the building closest to the cliff (on your right as you enter the courtyard). Take cover looking toward the mounted machine gun on the left and use a grenade to take it out.
If you now look slightly right of the machine gun, at the small grass/mud patch before the next building, you will see an enemy running from behind a building from right to left making for the machine gun. Camp here in cover and keep shooting the enemies as they appear from behind the building. They only stop spawning temporarily if one of them reaches the mounted machine-gun (if one reaches the gun, then grenade them to start the respawns again). Beware: it will stop permanently if you go further to the right, triggering the RPG/wall collapsing cutscene.
If you have already beaten Chapter 19 at the difficulty you are playing, purchased weapons in the store and unlocked the "Infinite Ammo" tweak, then you can use these to get the weapon/kills Trophies.
Marco Polo's Rich Legacy
Description: You will encounter a pool on the roof of a hotel during Chapter Six. Be sure to jump in it and swim around when you encounter it. Chloe and Nate will play an impromptu game of Marco Polo, and you will earn $10,000 in-game to spend on bonuses as a result.
Bonus Money for Old-School Players
How to: In the store, hit SQUARE button to check for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune save data. You will be rewarded with the following bonuses.
$20,000 - Load Uncharted 2 on a hard drive with a game save for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
$80,000 - Load Uncharted 2 on a hard drive with a completed game save for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Multiplayer Boosters
Description: The following Boosters can be unlocked by attaining the levels below. After they are unlocked you may purchase them in the Multiplayer Store.
Infinite Money
How to: Once you have beat the game you will get the chance to guy buy things like weapons from the store. You make money by doing things like finding treasures etc.
Once you do something that gives you a large amount of money (like Master Ninja for 25k). Save your game (if it is not at an auto save area) and then quit back to the main screen. Then load up the game again you will keep getting the reward each time you do it. Soon enough you will have enough money to buy everything without having to find all the treasures.
The Strange Relic
The Strange Relic is back in Uncharted 2, you can find it in the sewer in Chapter 5.
Crushing Difficulty
How to unlock: Beat the game once through on Hard Difficulty.
CRUSHING MODE EASILY
1. Play through the game on CRUSHING until you get to chapter 3 (Borneo). then pause the game select options and change the difficulty to HARD. 2. Enable the One Shot Kill and Infinite Ammo tweaks. Save the game and then quit back to the main menu. 3. At the main menu choose Options and set the game difficulty back to CRUSHING now choose Continue game. 4. When play resumes you will be playing the game on CRUSHING but with your tweaks still enabled, making this mode much, much easier.
Weapon Kill Trophies
When you beat the game, start a new game on the SAME difficulty level and buy the weapons you haven't gotten trophies for and buy infinate ammo, shoot away, then 'Bob's your Uncle'. Also, during certain events (IE fighting the Super Human Commando on the Train), you aren't able to use the guns purchased, or so it seems. Before you jump onto the car containing this jerk, equip your guns of choice and jump to the car. It's much easier taking him out with the RPG-7 and Desert 5 than 9mm and AK-47. This works in other situations also. Enjoy this fantastic game!
Human shield hint
Use your companions as mobile cover they can soak up damage you cant put them between you and your enemies in the absence of any cover simply by moving around them .
Tweaks on any difficulty
Switching difficulty on a level you haven't beaten will block that difficulty's trophy.

Crushing mode
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock the Crushing difficulty.
Easy money
Successfully complete a task that rewards you with a lot of money. Save the game if it is not at an auto-save area. Exit out to the main menu. Then, load the game to get the reward again. Repeat this as many times as desired.
In Chapter 6, find the pool on a hotel roof. Jump in the pool and swim around to have Chloe and Nate play a game of Marco Polo and get $10,000.
Using Tweaks on a difficulty you have not completed
Start a game on a difficulty you have not completed, and play until you get a real gun. Go to the in-game options, set the difficulty to the one you have the Tweaks unlocked on, and enable your Tweaks. Then, save the game, and quit. At to main menu, select "Options", and change the difficulty back to the one you originally chose. Continue the game to play on that difficulty with all your Tweaks enabled.
Flynn's reaction
In Chapter 24 when Flynn forces you to find a way to turn the bridge, press Square to turn and swing at him. He will dodge your attack, knock you down, and give you a message. If you do it again, he will shoot and kill you.
Hidden Sully pictures
When you are prompted to view your journal by pressing Select, keep flipping back to find an entry with four pictures of Sully, which Nate has apparently drawn over and labeled according to his expression.
Running normally while injured
When Nate is injured, he can still run at normal speed while carrying a propane tank.
Defeating Guardians
To easily kill the Guardians you fight later in the game, once you kill one, take the gold crossbow it drops, and use it on the others to kill them much quicker than your normal guns.
Defeating Lazarevic
To defeat Lazarevic, you must lure him near the volatile blue sap throughout the level. When he is within range, shoot the sap to cause it to explode.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune references
When you are prompted to view your journal by pressing Select, look for the picture labeled "Angry Eddy". Eddy was one of Drake's enemies from Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. Additionally, one of the unlockable guns in Single Player mode is a gun used by Angry Eddy.

Glitch in uncharted 2 multiplayer the ice cave
There are two sides you go to the right side and there are stairs leading down you go down three stairs and you look at the ice on the wall you run and press O and you will go up against it like it was a wall you have to make sere your leg is in the wall you press O but as soon as you press O you have to make the left analog stick go backwards so half your body is in the other half is out. if this helped you please say so!
Glitch in uncharted 2 multiplayer the fort
There are two sides one there is a river the other side is dark, you go to the dark side and there are stairs leading under ground. when you are going down the stairs you will see sand bags right next to a pillar, you hide up against the pillar and you look into the wall press and hold L1 and look the other way, now your hand should right through the pillar you aim into the wall and then as soon as you let go of of L1 you make the right stick go right and it seriously pushes you right through the wall. Once you do something that gives you a large amount of money (like Master Ninja for 25k). Save your game (if it is not at an auto save area) and then quit back to the main screen. Then load up the game again you will keep getting the reward each time you do it. Soon enough you will have enough money to buy everything without having to find all the treasures.
The Strange Relic
The Strange Relic is back in Uncharted 2, you can find it in the sewer in Chapter 5.
Crushing Difficulty
How to unlock: Beat the game once through on Hard Difficulty.
CRUSHING MODE EASILY
1. Play through the game on CRUSHING until you get to chapter 3 (Borneo). then pause the game select options and change the difficulty to HARD. 2. Enable the One Shot Kill and Infinite Ammo tweaks. Save the game and then quit back to the main menu. 3. At the main menu choose Options and set the game difficulty back to CRUSHING now choose Continue game. 4. When play resumes you will be playing the game on CRUSHING but with your tweaks still enabled, making this mode much, much easier.
Weapon Kill Trophies
When you beat the game, start a new game on the SAME difficulty level and buy the weapons you haven't gotten trophies for and buy infinate ammo, shoot away, then 'Bob's your Uncle'. Also, during certain events (IE fighting the Super Human Commando on the Train), you aren't able to use the guns purchased, or so it seems. Before you jump onto the car containing this jerk, equip your guns of choice and jump to the car. It's much easier taking him out with the RPG-7 and Desert 5 than 9mm and AK-47. This works in other situations also. Enjoy this fantastic game!
Human shield hint
Use your companions as mobile cover they can soak up damage you cant put them between you and your enemies in the absence of any cover simply by moving around them .
Tweaks on any difficulty
Switching difficulty on a level you haven't beaten will block that difficulty's trophy.

Crushing mode
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock the Crushing difficulty.
Easy money
Successfully complete a task that rewards you with a lot of money. Save the game if it is not at an auto-save area. Exit out to the main menu. Then, load the game to get the reward again. Repeat this as many times as desired.
In Chapter 6, find the pool on a hotel roof. Jump in the pool and swim around to have Chloe and Nate play a game of Marco Polo and get $10,000.
Using Tweaks on a difficulty you have not completed
Start a game on a difficulty you have not completed, and play until you get a real gun. Go to the in-game options, set the difficulty to the one you have the Tweaks unlocked on, and enable your Tweaks. Then, save the game, and quit. At to main menu, select "Options", and change the difficulty back to the one you originally chose. Continue the game to play on that difficulty with all your Tweaks enabled.
Flynn's reaction
In Chapter 24 when Flynn forces you to find a way to turn the bridge, press Square to turn and swing at him. He will dodge your attack, knock you down, and give you a message. If you do it again, he will shoot and kill you.
Hidden Sully pictures
When you are prompted to view your journal by pressing Select, keep flipping back to find an entry with four pictures of Sully, which Nate has apparently drawn over and labeled according to his expression.
Running normally while injured
When Nate is injured, he can still run at normal speed while carrying a propane tank.
Defeating Guardians
To easily kill the Guardians you fight later in the game, once you kill one, take the gold crossbow it drops, and use it on the others to kill them much quicker than your normal guns.
Defeating Lazarevic
To defeat Lazarevic, you must lure him near the volatile blue sap throughout the level. When he is within range, shoot the sap to cause it to explode.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune references
When you are prompted to view your journal by pressing Select, look for the picture labeled "Angry Eddy". Eddy was one of Drake's enemies from Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. Additionally, one of the unlockable guns in Single Player mode is a gun used by Angry Eddy.

Glitch in uncharted 2 multiplayer the ice cave
There are two sides you go to the right side and there are stairs leading down you go down three stairs and you look at the ice on the wall you run and press O and you will go up against it like it was a wall you have to make sere your leg is in the wall you press O but as soon as you press O you have to make the left analog stick go backwards so half your body is in the other half is out. if this helped you please say so!
Glitch in uncharted 2 multiplayer the fort
There are two sides one there is a river the other side is dark, you go to the dark side and there are stairs leading under ground. when you are going down the stairs you will see sand bags right next to a pillar, you hide up against the pillar and you look into the wall press and hold L1 and look the other way, now your hand should right through the pillar you aim into the wall and then as soon as you let go of of L1 you make the right stick go right and it seriously pushes you right through the wall.
