The easiest way to get a 99 is by adjusting the gamesliders on NBA 2k10.

1. Before you start/load your my player adjust the settings(game sliders,quarter length,etc.

2. Save your settings.

3. You should be prompted to load or import your player,select import.

4. That's it. Keep in mind you have to start fresh.This means going into the summer circuit first. If you adjusted your game sliders right you should be able to score at ease. Also you must complete your objectives and have a team grade of A+. Doing this will increase your skill points to about 2000-3000 points per game. Now with all the points you earned you can increase your attributes. Also play some scrimmage games,drills etc. This will also help bring your overall up. Hope this helps!
