Unlock 15K Bonus XP, All Powers in the Post Game

Easy access to Flood Town
Enter the mission editor, move your marker to either bridge that connects the first half of New Marais to Flood Town, raise the marker so that it is at least 50 feet higher than the raised bridge. Then exit the mission editor... Cole will instantly appear where your marker was when you exited. Now you will be able to use your thrusters to clear the gap between the raised bridge and enter Flood Town.

Easy infamous (slow)
The medical side mission person cannot die, but if you hit him with your lightning than you get evil karma, so if you keep hitting him, than, well, there you go.
