(Case West DLC) Achievement/Trophy Tip: Handy Man
Description: The description for Handy Man reads "You created all the new combo weapons in Dead Rising 2: CASE WEST. Duct tape, to the max!" But to get the Achievement you cannot build ANY weapons other than those required. Build them in THIS PRECISE ORDER:

There are 50 Combo weapons in Dead Rising 2 that can be used with other weapons to make some pretty crazy weapons for slaying zombie scum. Maybe this guide will help you get those creative juices flowing. Combo Cards tell you what is needed to make an all new weapon. Now you do not need the combo cards to make a weapon but if you have it in your possession you will gain an extra Prestige Points. Below is every weapon and some possible weapons to make.

Extinguish the Slappy Boss Fight
It may sound silly but there is an easy way to beat Slappy. Inside the toy shop where you fight
him, there are squirt guns.
Grab one or 2 of them, then shoot him with the squirt gun a few times. He will then struggle with his flamethrower as the water messes with them.
You should be able to get a few hits with a mele weapon, then take cover. Repeat shooting him with the Squirt-gun and switching to a spiked bat or Defiler.

Achievement/Trophy Tip: Zombie Fu
Description: Here is the easiest way to kill 1000 zombies with your bare hands was to go into the toy store on the 1st floor of Royal Flush Plaza & grab some fireworks. Go upstairs to Ragazines & grab the magazine for combat (increases damage from hand to hand).
Go downstairs and jump the railing into the big craps table (the one with the big dice & security guards). Stand next to the railing & throw fireworks to attract zombies to you. As they stand there trying to hit you just throw haymakers (if you have unlocked that already) & use face smash & pick up & throw to kill them.
As far as I can tell, skill moves work as long as you are not holding a weapon. They cannot hit or grab you from the other side of the railing.
It took me about 20 minutes to get the trophy. You also unlock a new costume/outfit in your locker (tattered clothes, aka he Shaun of the Dead clothes).

When your vehicle is destroyed (or is about to be destroyed), enter any adjacent area that makes your game load a new map. Once you do, go back the Shamrock Casino and the SUV should have respawned with full health.
Using this method, you can get about 4,000 zombie kills with each SUV; all this only takes about 15 minutes of real time.
ATM Hax0r
How to: If you have the "Hacker" item -- Flashlight and Computer Case -- You can double the money you receive from the ATM machine. Instead of $2,500 per Machine you will get $5,000.
Hidden Spit Move
How to: If you hold down the aim button, while unarmed, and press the throw or fire button, your will spit at zombies. It doesn't damage them much, but it is a secret ranged weapons that is unlimited.

Description: First off you need $2,000,000 and the DRIVER magazine. It is found in BBQ Jacks by the soda fountain. Next, buy the SUV key from pawnshop in Silver Strip. You find the SUV (Humvee) across the street in Shamrock Casino. Now, just drive around the strip slaughtering zombies. With the Driver Mag, your SUV with last 3 times longer(4X4). When your SUV dies, enter a Casino that makes you load. Come back out and your SUV will be back in Shamrock fully repaired. You get 4,000 zombie kills with each SUV and it only takes about 15 minutes (real time) to rack up 72,000.

Faster Money
How to: Collect all 3 gambling magazines, then, go to Slot Ranch Casino and play the large heart-shaped single pink slot machine on the 1st floor near the access point to the Food Court. Keep betting the max of $1,000 to win a lot of money quickly. It is possible to win approximately $1,000,000 every 10 minutes. *** Sometimes you may not win anything for 3 minutes, but then you may win 3 times in a row. Just keep playing until you win the desired amount of money.
Wheelchair Accessible
Description: Tired of carrying around survivors in your arms or on your back? Then just push a wheelchair up to them and wait for them to have a seat. You can then run back to the Safe House with ease. Just try not to hit too many zombies and walls or else the rider will fall out and the chair will break. Keep in mind, only 1 survivor can fit in the chair and even uninjured survivors can sit in it. (This tip is especially handy for transporting the soldier during the Shell-Shocked mission)

How to unlock: Perform the following actions to unlock special items.
Slot Machine Win
Description: If a slot machine has a pile of money in front of it, you can play it and win it five times -- after that you will not be able to win again unless you return to the map.
Easy PP
How to: In Fortune Park, follow the wall to the right of the Atlantica Casino and enter the side door. Combine the dynamite and meat you find here for the Dynameat. Leave the building and head to the right. At the fireworks stand, climb to the top and use the fireworks to attract zombies. Jump down into the crowd and use the Dynameat, retreating quickly. You will get a ton of PP. Leave Fortune Park and return to make the items respawn. Repeat this to attain very high levels.
Unlisted Missions
Description: On top of the numerous calls and timed missions, several secret missions can appear then run out without you even knowing. Here is a list of the secret missions so you do not miss out:
1) Inside the Yucatan, before you meet Rebecca on Day 1. An optional boss fight is here, along with a survivor hiding in the offices. Head on over to the Food Court and raid it for Steak, and ONLY Steak. Upon entering the Yucatan you will be greeted with a cutscene. Afterwards, beat down Ted, watch him die, then hop up on top of Snowflake's house. You should find 3 steaks total around her enclosure. Toss them way out there and wait. You will know when she's eaten some because her health bar will have filled a bit. Just remember to stay out of reach, otherwise she'll use YOU for lunch. After about 6 Steaks you will be greeted with another scene. Finally, save the poor guy trapped inside the Yucatan's office.
2) Royal Flush Plaza, Casual Gals store, Day 1. After rescuing his wife located directly in front of the Safe Room hallway, Gordon will appear here and need your help getting back.
3) Royal Flush Plaza, upstairs, during the Rock Heroes mission. While escorting the band, swing by up here to see 3 girls doing their shopping. To get them to follow you have to carry their delicate shopping boxes back to the Safe Room.
4) Americana Casino, VIP Poker Room. Starting midway through Day 2, some high-rolling poker players will set up a game here. To save them, you must pay the $100,000 buy-in then win. If you lose, you have to pay $100,000 AGAIN and keep trying.
5) Food Court, after the Tastes Like Chicken boss fight. So, you have killed the psycho and untied the damsel, but she thinks you are a terrorist and will not come with you unless Jasper shows up. He happens to be in the Food Court too, but in an unlikely place. Find the nearest vending machines and get to climbing. You will find him on one of the many restuarant awnings. Re-unite the pair and hoof it home.
Free Zombrex!
Having trouble getting Zombrex for your dear daughter? Fear no longer! Certain missions give out Zombrex for rescuing survivors and you can even find some sitting around on high ledges.
1)Code Blue, Inside the Slot Ranch Casino: Behind the stage curtains there are some equipment boxes. Jump on them, then to the giant dice, and finally across the gap to claim your prize. You can easily see the Zombrex beforehand, but not jump to it, if you walk up the metal stairs.
2)Code Blue, Inside the Yucatan Casino: Go to the giant idol in the center and simply jump up the conveniently stair-shaped sides until you reach the offering plate. There you will find some Zombrex and a Light Machine Gun.
3) If you are finding it hard to come across some zombrex rather than buying it, why not find it? If you check out the stage in Slot Ranch Casino head behind the curtain and to your right side is some boxes. Carry on around towards the maintenance room behind the stage and climb the boxes to the right of the door as you face it. You will see a nice free bit of Zombrex on top of the highest boxes. (*** You cannot jump to the boxes from the overhead mez floor).
4) You can find some extra Zombrex in the underground tunnel after completing the "Ticket to Ride" mission. It is near the underground access ladder underneath the Atlantica casino.
5) In Big Roy's Mart in Royal Flush Plaza (case related).
6) Go to the stairs in Bennie Jack's BBQ Shack in the Americana Casino and turn right when going up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Jump on the balcony and then onto the closest light. Keep jumping across the lights until you reach the end.
7) Backstage behind the curtain at Slot Ranch Casino. Climb up a stack of boxes and speakers. Jump onto a smaller stack of boxes and speakers to find it.
8) Save the paramedic in the "Code Blue" mission. Bring the paramedic to Dean ("Once Bitten" mission), and the paramedic will give Dean a free Zombrex.
9) On top of the tallest slot machine display in the middle of Yucatan Casino.
10) Defeat the Postal Worker (mission related) in Royal Flush Plaza.
11) Bring Richard (Hunger Pains) food and rescue him in the Silver Strip Diner.
Free Money Boost at Game Start
How to: Start a new game then win the race. After you win go to the 1st toilet that you encounter and save your game. Now, go to the MAIN MENU and select START GAME and then select RESTART STORY. DO NOT skip the cutscene. You will keep the money and PP that you earned after winning the race ($10,000 for 1st place) and repeat this as many times as you like.
Quick Money
How to: The money in the bank is literally, money in the bank. Walk round the 4 casinos and start hunting down ATM machines. If there is one there, give it a good smack, and you will be pleased to see $2,500 pop out of the machine each time. If there are 2 machines next to one other, you will get $5000. You can use this money to buy anything at the pawn shops, so have fun smashing ATMs.
Ghosts 'n Goblins Knight Armor
Description: The 4 pieces of the Knight Armor, when combined, will halve your damage. If lose 50% of your life, the armor will break and you will take normal damage in your shorts.
Six Shooter
Description: Once you have progressed far enough into the game to have unlocked the Six Shooter revolver (by defeating the Cowboy Security Guard Psychopath in the South Plaza) it is a good idea to carry his weapon around, which can be found on the sawing board he dies on. You can only have one at any time like all Psychopath weapons, so if you try to exit and re-enter the area to get an extra Six Shooter, you will not find anything on there until you lose the one you are carrying (or that your Co-Op partner is carrying). This weapon is incredibly powerful, more so than any rifle other than the Sniper Rifle. And it also has a great rate of fire. With this weapon you can easily take out most Psychopaths by simply corner shooting, or in some cases just continually shooting them as most Psycho's will be stunned for a brief moment by each shot.
Glitch: kill leon
Get leon to chase you into a mantance room(were you built combo weapons.) once your both in close the doors and he will be stuck is he isnt try to get to the corner and keep hitting him untill he dies

Just combine the dirtt bike and the LMG and have fun shooting zombies while you run over them :D
Money Guide
This guide will tell you how to earn money, pretty fast and easily.
Okay so, first you will need to gather all 3 gambling magazines to increase your chances of winning! It doesn't matter what order you read/find them in.
The first one is in the shop 'Ragazines' on the 2nd floor of Royal Flush Plaza. The magazine is located near the book shelves.
The second one is located in the Shamrock Casino on Silver Strip. It is behind the bar, to the back of the casino.
The final one is located in the shop 'Stans Large Print Books and Magazines' on the 2nd floor in Palisades Mall.
Now for the gambling. Go to Slot Ranch Casino and find the large gambling machine. Now you have two options when gambling you can either press the 'Bet' button which is cheaper or the 'Bet Max' which costs more but gives you better money! If you have about $10k+ then i'd suggest pressing 'Bet Max' a few times and then if you don't want to spend all your money, press 'Bet'.
Different combinations earn different money. You can win up to $100,000 in one certain combination!

The final money guide I will explain is a simple one which generates faster cash but you can't earn as much at once. I recommend you have all gambling magazines as well.
Make your way to any casino, preferably a large one such as Yucatan and not really Shamrock (unless you just want a quick burst of money). Find a slot machine (any) which has money in front of it, this means you can win MORE! Use that machine until you stop winning. Then move onto another. You can get $1.5k+ each time you pull the lever, that means a minimum of $4.5k per machine! And you can do it a few times on each machine!

Oh no your dirtbike blew up! you don't need it all you need is your armory filled with long range weapons Ex. LMG. get him to to top part near the huge fountain and get to the top of it the zombies cant clip that high but you can jump that high so wait and he will circle around and then be to your right and taunt you shoot him and he will try to leave shoot him again and he will go back to taunt you keep shooting him and there you have it :)

Easy way to get boatloads of money.
First the thing that will make you the MOST money is gathering all the magizines and going to the huge slot machines at slot ranch casino, but if you don't feel like going everywhere looking for them heres what you do: #1.get a flshlight and computer case and combine them, then go to any ATM machine and keep electricuting it and eventually it will shoot out $10,000 and if there's two ATM machines next to each other you get $20,000!
Now another way is to go to ANY casino and right next to the slot machines is $100-$200 and in SOME casinos are ATMs, go to the ATMs and keep beating it until $2,500 shoots out and also if there's two ATMs next to each other you get a woping $5,000! I have gotten over $100,000 with this and I hope you can too, or maybe even more!

Get 2 snipers if you can hide behind a shelf in the drink st ore near it go behind the vodka's and wait for him to go in your sight and if he hit's you get a vodka try not to let him hit you loads of times otherwise you will have to drink a vodka and puke and lose the guns
Killing slappy
When you first go to slappy make a run for it. if you know where the weapon store is go there. make sure you kill the looters inside 1st. then go in the weapon store and get your weapons. slappy cant get in!
Unlisted Psyco mission
After Getting Katey Zombrex from Roys market and giving it to her. Go out side to Fortune park. Then Head to the Yucantan Casino. When entering the Casino two Psycopaths will be there. There names are Ted and Snowflake. When fighting them make sure you DO NOT ATTACK snowflake. Beat down Ted. Then a Cut-scene will apear. Then ( Make sure snowflake has not been hurt) grab the three ribs from Snowflakes Home. DO NOT EAT THE RIBS! Then go to the middle of snowflakes pin and lay them in a strait line. Stand behind them while Snow will come eat them. Do this three times to tame Snowflake. This will get you the ,Skill to survive, throphie. Then enter the office and youll see a man named Leeny. Follow him and do what he says. Then Head back to the Safe house to diliver Lenny. Then go to katey and talk to her resulting in giving her snowflake as a gift.

How to: Collect all 3 gambling magazines, then, go to Slot Ranch Casino and play the large heart-shaped single pink slot machine on the 1st floor near the access point to the Food Court. Keep betting the max of $1,000 to win a lot of money quickly. It is possible to win approximately $1,000,000 every 10 minutes. *** Sometimes you may not win anything for 3 minutes, but then you may win 3 times in a row. Just keep playing until you win the desired amount of money.
Wheelchair Accessible
Description: Tired of carrying around survivors in your arms or on your back? Then just push a wheelchair up to them and wait for them to have a seat. You can then run back to the Safe House with ease. Just try not to hit too many zombies and walls or else the rider will fall out and the chair will break. Keep in mind, only 1 survivor can fit in the chair and even uninjured survivors can sit in it. (This tip is especially handy for transporting the soldier during the Shell-Shocked mission)

Slot Machine Win
Description: If a slot machine has a pile of money in front of it, you can play it and win it five times -- after that you will not be able to win again unless you return to the map.
Easy PP
How to: In Fortune Park, follow the wall to the right of the Atlantica Casino and enter the side door. Combine the dynamite and meat you find here for the Dynameat. Leave the building and head to the right. At the fireworks stand, climb to the top and use the fireworks to attract zombies. Jump down into the crowd and use the Dynameat, retreating quickly. You will get a ton of PP. Leave Fortune Park and return to make the items respawn. Repeat this to attain very high levels.
Unlisted Missions
Description: On top of the numerous calls and timed missions, several secret missions can appear then run out without you even knowing. Here is a list of the secret missions so you do not miss out:
1) Inside the Yucatan, before you meet Rebecca on Day 1. An optional boss fight is here, along with a survivor hiding in the offices. Head on over to the Food Court and raid it for Steak, and ONLY Steak. Upon entering the Yucatan you will be greeted with a cutscene. Afterwards, beat down Ted, watch him die, then hop up on top of Snowflake's house. You should find 3 steaks total around her enclosure. Toss them way out there and wait. You will know when she's eaten some because her health bar will have filled a bit. Just remember to stay out of reach, otherwise she'll use YOU for lunch. After about 6 Steaks you will be greeted with another scene. Finally, save the poor guy trapped inside the Yucatan's office.
2) Royal Flush Plaza, Casual Gals store, Day 1. After rescuing his wife located directly in front of the Safe Room hallway, Gordon will appear here and need your help getting back.
3) Royal Flush Plaza, upstairs, during the Rock Heroes mission. While escorting the band, swing by up here to see 3 girls doing their shopping. To get them to follow you have to carry their delicate shopping boxes back to the Safe Room.
4) Americana Casino, VIP Poker Room. Starting midway through Day 2, some high-rolling poker players will set up a game here. To save them, you must pay the $100,000 buy-in then win. If you lose, you have to pay $100,000 AGAIN and keep trying.
5) Food Court, after the Tastes Like Chicken boss fight. So, you have killed the psycho and untied the damsel, but she thinks you are a terrorist and will not come with you unless Jasper shows up. He happens to be in the Food Court too, but in an unlikely place. Find the nearest vending machines and get to climbing. You will find him on one of the many restuarant awnings. Re-unite the pair and hoof it home.
Free Zombrex!
Having trouble getting Zombrex for your dear daughter? Fear no longer! Certain missions give out Zombrex for rescuing survivors and you can even find some sitting around on high ledges.
1)Code Blue, Inside the Slot Ranch Casino: Behind the stage curtains there are some equipment boxes. Jump on them, then to the giant dice, and finally across the gap to claim your prize. You can easily see the Zombrex beforehand, but not jump to it, if you walk up the metal stairs.
2)Code Blue, Inside the Yucatan Casino: Go to the giant idol in the center and simply jump up the conveniently stair-shaped sides until you reach the offering plate. There you will find some Zombrex and a Light Machine Gun.
3) If you are finding it hard to come across some zombrex rather than buying it, why not find it? If you check out the stage in Slot Ranch Casino head behind the curtain and to your right side is some boxes. Carry on around towards the maintenance room behind the stage and climb the boxes to the right of the door as you face it. You will see a nice free bit of Zombrex on top of the highest boxes. (*** You cannot jump to the boxes from the overhead mez floor).
4) You can find some extra Zombrex in the underground tunnel after completing the "Ticket to Ride" mission. It is near the underground access ladder underneath the Atlantica casino.
5) In Big Roy's Mart in Royal Flush Plaza (case related).
6) Go to the stairs in Bennie Jack's BBQ Shack in the Americana Casino and turn right when going up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Jump on the balcony and then onto the closest light. Keep jumping across the lights until you reach the end.
7) Backstage behind the curtain at Slot Ranch Casino. Climb up a stack of boxes and speakers. Jump onto a smaller stack of boxes and speakers to find it.
8) Save the paramedic in the "Code Blue" mission. Bring the paramedic to Dean ("Once Bitten" mission), and the paramedic will give Dean a free Zombrex.
9) On top of the tallest slot machine display in the middle of Yucatan Casino.
10) Defeat the Postal Worker (mission related) in Royal Flush Plaza.
11) Bring Richard (Hunger Pains) food and rescue him in the Silver Strip Diner.
Free Money Boost at Game Start
How to: Start a new game then win the race. After you win go to the 1st toilet that you encounter and save your game. Now, go to the MAIN MENU and select START GAME and then select RESTART STORY. DO NOT skip the cutscene. You will keep the money and PP that you earned after winning the race ($10,000 for 1st place) and repeat this as many times as you like.
Quick Money
How to: The money in the bank is literally, money in the bank. Walk round the 4 casinos and start hunting down ATM machines. If there is one there, give it a good smack, and you will be pleased to see $2,500 pop out of the machine each time. If there are 2 machines next to one other, you will get $5000. You can use this money to buy anything at the pawn shops, so have fun smashing ATMs.
Ghosts 'n Goblins Knight Armor
Description: The 4 pieces of the Knight Armor, when combined, will halve your damage. If lose 50% of your life, the armor will break and you will take normal damage in your shorts.

Six Shooter
Description: Once you have progressed far enough into the game to have unlocked the Six Shooter revolver (by defeating the Cowboy Security Guard Psychopath in the South Plaza) it is a good idea to carry his weapon around, which can be found on the sawing board he dies on. You can only have one at any time like all Psychopath weapons, so if you try to exit and re-enter the area to get an extra Six Shooter, you will not find anything on there until you lose the one you are carrying (or that your Co-Op partner is carrying). This weapon is incredibly powerful, more so than any rifle other than the Sniper Rifle. And it also has a great rate of fire. With this weapon you can easily take out most Psychopaths by simply corner shooting, or in some cases just continually shooting them as most Psycho's will be stunned for a brief moment by each shot.

Get leon to chase you into a mantance room(were you built combo weapons.) once your both in close the doors and he will be stuck is he isnt try to get to the corner and keep hitting him untill he dies

Money Guide
This guide will tell you how to earn money, pretty fast and easily.
Okay so, first you will need to gather all 3 gambling magazines to increase your chances of winning! It doesn't matter what order you read/find them in.
The first one is in the shop 'Ragazines' on the 2nd floor of Royal Flush Plaza. The magazine is located near the book shelves.
The second one is located in the Shamrock Casino on Silver Strip. It is behind the bar, to the back of the casino.
The final one is located in the shop 'Stans Large Print Books and Magazines' on the 2nd floor in Palisades Mall.
Now for the gambling. Go to Slot Ranch Casino and find the large gambling machine. Now you have two options when gambling you can either press the 'Bet' button which is cheaper or the 'Bet Max' which costs more but gives you better money! If you have about $10k+ then i'd suggest pressing 'Bet Max' a few times and then if you don't want to spend all your money, press 'Bet'.
Different combinations earn different money. You can win up to $100,000 in one certain combination!

The final money guide I will explain is a simple one which generates faster cash but you can't earn as much at once. I recommend you have all gambling magazines as well.
Make your way to any casino, preferably a large one such as Yucatan and not really Shamrock (unless you just want a quick burst of money). Find a slot machine (any) which has money in front of it, this means you can win MORE! Use that machine until you stop winning. Then move onto another. You can get $1.5k+ each time you pull the lever, that means a minimum of $4.5k per machine! And you can do it a few times on each machine!

Oh no your dirtbike blew up! you don't need it all you need is your armory filled with long range weapons Ex. LMG. get him to to top part near the huge fountain and get to the top of it the zombies cant clip that high but you can jump that high so wait and he will circle around and then be to your right and taunt you shoot him and he will try to leave shoot him again and he will go back to taunt you keep shooting him and there you have it :)

Easy way to get boatloads of money.
First the thing that will make you the MOST money is gathering all the magizines and going to the huge slot machines at slot ranch casino, but if you don't feel like going everywhere looking for them heres what you do: #1.get a flshlight and computer case and combine them, then go to any ATM machine and keep electricuting it and eventually it will shoot out $10,000 and if there's two ATM machines next to each other you get $20,000!
Now another way is to go to ANY casino and right next to the slot machines is $100-$200 and in SOME casinos are ATMs, go to the ATMs and keep beating it until $2,500 shoots out and also if there's two ATMs next to each other you get a woping $5,000! I have gotten over $100,000 with this and I hope you can too, or maybe even more!

When you first go to slappy make a run for it. if you know where the weapon store is go there. make sure you kill the looters inside 1st. then go in the weapon store and get your weapons. slappy cant get in!
Unlisted Psyco mission
After Getting Katey Zombrex from Roys market and giving it to her. Go out side to Fortune park. Then Head to the Yucantan Casino. When entering the Casino two Psycopaths will be there. There names are Ted and Snowflake. When fighting them make sure you DO NOT ATTACK snowflake. Beat down Ted. Then a Cut-scene will apear. Then ( Make sure snowflake has not been hurt) grab the three ribs from Snowflakes Home. DO NOT EAT THE RIBS! Then go to the middle of snowflakes pin and lay them in a strait line. Stand behind them while Snow will come eat them. Do this three times to tame Snowflake. This will get you the ,Skill to survive, throphie. Then enter the office and youll see a man named Leeny. Follow him and do what he says. Then Head back to the Safe house to diliver Lenny. Then go to katey and talk to her resulting in giving her snowflake as a gift.
